Why we open on Sunday
Koramangala runs on a working week that does not leave much room for a dentist. Patients come to us from the offices along 80 Feet Road and the Inner Ring Road, from HSR Layout and BTM Layout, and from the tech parks further out on Sarjapur Road and in Bellandur. For most of them, a weekday appointment means leave, a long commute in the wrong direction, or both. So the clinic keeps its Sunday, and takes its day off on Wednesday instead.
It also matters because dental pain does not wait for Monday. A tooth that starts aching on Friday evening is usually a good deal worse by Sunday morning, and the gap between the two is where an abscess forms. Being seen on the Sunday, with an X-ray taken on the chair and the tooth opened and drained or cleaned in that sitting, is the difference between a treated tooth and a swollen face on Monday.
What we do on a Sunday
Everything we do on a weekday. Sunday is a full clinical day with the specialist present, not a reduced service. The commonest Sunday appointments are the ones that could not wait: root canals, extractions, wisdom teeth, broken fillings and a crown that has come off. But it is equally the day that families come in together, and the day working people book their cleaning, whitening or veneer consultation because nothing else in the week fits.
One practical point. A Sunday root canal here is normally a single sitting, because the rotary instruments and the digital X-ray are on the chair rather than down the corridor. If your tooth does need a second visit, the follow-up can be the next Sunday, so you never have to take a weekday off for it.

Root Canal Treatment
A root canal saves a tooth whose nerve has been infected, instead of pulling it. Done under magnification with rotary instruments, most are finished in a single appointment.

Is the clinic really open on Sunday?
Yes. Sunday hours are 9:30 AM – 1 PM, 4 PM – 8 PM, the same as a weekday. The day we close is Wednesday. If you are used to clinics that shut for the weekend, it is worth saving the number now rather than searching for it on a Sunday morning with a toothache.
Who treats me on a Sunday?

The equipment is the same too, digital X-ray, rotary endodontics and the operating microscope, so a root canal started on a Sunday is done to exactly the same standard as one started on a Tuesday.
Can I get a root canal done on a Sunday?
Yes, and in most cases in that single visit. Rotary instruments and a digital X-ray on the chair are what make a one-sitting root canal possible, so you can arrive with a tooth that kept you awake on Saturday night and leave with it cleaned, shaped and sealed. Fillings, cleanings, extractions and wisdom tooth removal are all done on Sundays as well.

What if the pain starts on a Sunday evening after you close?

Are you open on public holidays?
